The SyncQuota Tech-Sales Accelerator (Summer Fellowship)

At SyncQuota, we offer permanent sales roles with a 55-65k base salary + commission but only to those who successfully complete our structured 100-day trial period. During this time, new Sales Development Reps (SDRs) operate as self-employed Sales Development Associates, gaining real-world experience and proving their ability to drive results before stepping into a full-time position.

However, we understand that not everyone can legally take that path. Due to visa restrictions in Ireland, some talented individuals who expressed interest in our previous positions are unable to register as self-employed, even if they have the drive and huge potential to thrive in tech sales.

That's why we created the SyncQuota Tech-Sales Accelerator (TSA). This is a 12-week, hands-on summer fellowship specifically designed for high-potential candidates who are currently restricted from taking the standard route. This program opens a new door, offering meaningful experience, guided training, and real client exposure, all without requiring self-employment status. It's our way of making tech sales accessible to those who deserve a shot, no matter their paperwork.

What you'll need to get started

To make the most of your SyncQuota experience, you'll want to be well set up from day one. Here's what that looks like:

  • A reliable internet connection for smooth video calls and web tools

  • A smartphone to stay on top of messages, calendars, and quick updates

  • A laptop or desktop that won't give up when you've got 12 tabs open and a cold call on the line

  • A quiet, focused space at home where you can work distraction-free

  • A LinkedIn profile that says, "I know what I'm doing" (we can help polish it up if needed)

  • And yes, a proper shirt for video calls (no judgment on what's below frame)

Please note: we're in the Dublin office just once a week. The rest of the time, you'll be working remotely — so having the right home setup is key.

Full prepayment is required to secure your place in the programme. 

Please note: all payments are non-refundable, so make sure you're ready to give it your full go before signing up. We're all in, and we expect you to be too. 

Visa or employment restrictions?

This structured, hands-on pathway was created for individuals who can't take the regular self-employed route due to visa or legal restrictions. All of our sales team start on a commission-only trial basis as self-employed professionals. That's how we assess performance before offering permanent roles with high base salaries, especially in SaaS sales where results matter more than resumes.

The Accelerator gives you a real chance to prove your potential: real training, real campaigns, and a proper shot at launching your career in sales, even if the standard route isn't available to you.

  • One day per week, we host in-person coaching and live sales practice at our Dublin HQ (20 Harcourt Street). This fee covers your access to the workspace, Wi-Fi, and resources for hands-on collaboration.
